Lancaster Mobley completed a Transportation Impact Study for the construction of three warehouse buildings, totaling approximately 245,018 square feet, while removing an existing single-family house. Lancaster Mobley conducted safety and capacity/level of service analyses at several intersections. The report focused on site access operations, circulation, intersection analysis, safety and congestion, potential changes in zoning or comprehensive plan designation. Pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure improvements were included.
