Lancaster Mobley recently worked with Community Development Partners on an affordable housing project in Oregon City, then with Fore Property on an adjacent market-rate apartment development.
As part of public infrastructure improvements for the apartments, we designed an upgrade to radar vehicle detection at the adjacent intersection of Beavercreek Road and Maplelane Road.
