Lancaster Mobley performed the traffic study for the redevelopment of five properties in Beaverton, Oregon.
The mixed-use building will include the construction of a five-story building consisting of 173 residential apartment units (Verso Apartments) and 2,651 square-feet of retail space. Lancaster Mobley’s report included a trip generation and distribution report, future traffic volumes, safety and operational analysis such as crash data, warrants, sight distance. LM made recommendations and suggested mitigation.
