Lancaster Mobley worked with Trimet on their efforts to make the Hollywood Transit Center in Portland, Oregon a hub for transit and community. Our report compared the trip generation of the current Hollywood Transit Center with that of the proposed development, which includes affordable housing and new community space, and identified high-level impacts associated with the new development, the bus line changes, and the partial street vacation.
The study focused on several intersections along NE Halsey, including mostly signalized intersections involving high volumes of cars, buses, and pedestrians.
