As our firm’s sole principal since 2007, Todd has led numerous impactful projects for both public and private clients, leaving a lasting legacy of excellence. From large-scale master-planned developments to intricate traffic signal designs, Todd’s visionary leadership has navigated us through diverse challenges with finesse.
With a BS in Civil Engineering from Portland State University and professional registrations in Oregon and Washington, Todd’s credentials speak volumes about his commitment to excellence in his field. His contributions extend beyond project management, with notable service as President of the Institute of Transportation Engineers Oregon Section and as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Sandy.
