Lancaster Mobley performed the Traffic Impact Study for a 144-unit affordable housing in Tigard’s Washington Square District, a rail/retail corridor. The report included safety and operational analysis, access management and examined the project within the context of the pedestrian system, bicycle system, and transit facilities.
