To benefit the expanded Tillamook Cheese Factory visitor center, Lancaster Mobley studied Site Vehicular Circulation and Pedestrian Safety, and made adjustments and improvements to the circulation of the site. The study addressed the co-mingling of passenger vehicles, recreational vehicles (RVs), group tour buses, and pedestrians, with an emphasis on pedestrian safety. Lancaster Mobley drew on its strong history in development services for private clients, experience in public consulting, and keen interest in safety and pedestrian advocacy, which resulted in realistic and implementable solutions.
