Lancaster Mobley has provided transportation planning and engineering services for PCC throughout their district but has had particularly detailed involvement at the Rock Creek Campus. Our work began in 2009 with major building projects as part of a bond program and assistance through the land use approval process with Washington County. Work has also included assistance in redesigning the campus entry, accommodations for transit including a new TriMet line, striping modifications to more safely accommodate bicycles, assistance to PCC during Washington County’s capital improvement project that included major improvements on Springville Road including the campus access, and most recently, a safety analysis of the main campus access following the roadway improvements.
Lancaster Mobley is currently PCC’s transportation lead for the Master Plan of all campuses and centers.
