Lancaster Mobley has provided transportation engineering services and strategic planning for Clackamas Community College beginning in 2015 through multiple bond construction cycles. This includes facility planning with a focus on transportation issues that can arise during the land use and entitlement process. Our work has included team collaboration and conceptual master planning, leading to a comprehensive transportation impact study, then support through the land use and permitting process, including assistance with calculation of the transportation system development charges.
