Lancaster Mobley assisted our returning client with additional transportation engineering for the Commons on the Tualatin apartment complex in Tualatin, Oregon. We examined the operation of the intersection of SW Nyberg Street at the Interstate 5 southbound ramp and analyzed capacity, proportionality, and mitigation to address ODOT concerns.
