Lancaster Mobley worked closely with Portland Parks and Recreation and the consultant team to update the Portland International Raceway master plan. This included coordination with the City of Portland and the Oregon Department of Transportation. The master plan covered a variety of event types and sizes, served by all modes of travel, including people walking, riding bicycles, and using bus and light rail transit.
