We are thrilled to celebrate the work anniversaries of two exceptional team members at Lancaster Mobley—Melissa Webb and Myla Cross!
Melissa Webb: 7 Years of Engineering Excellence
Melissa Webb is celebrating seven years with Lancaster Mobley as a Transportation Engineer and leads our Bend office. A graduate of the University of Portland, Melissa brought a wealth of experience to our team from her time as a civilian working at various United States Air Force bases across the country. Since joining us in 2017, she has worked on a wide range of projects throughout Central Oregon, as well as in other parts of Oregon and Washington.
Melissa specializes in transportation impact analyses and has played a key role in several significant projects, including the Barberry Node Development in Dallas, OR, the Bend Pickleball Facility, Juniper Crossing in Madras, OR, and the new Sisters Elementary School in Sisters, OR. Her work also includes preparing traffic studies for Type B ASTR Short-Term Rentals in Portland, a crucial task for ensuring compliance with local regulations. Melissa’s dedication to her craft and her ability to manage complex transportation engineering projects make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Myla Cross: 3 Years of Creativity and Innovation
Myla Cross is celebrating her third year with Lancaster Mobley, where she has quickly become a vital part of our team as a Transportation Analyst. Since starting in August 2021, Myla has applied her skills to a variety of transportation-related projects, performing traffic studies such as sight distance and speed studies, collecting and managing traffic data, conducting operational analyses, and contributing to report writing. Her work is instrumental in helping our project teams deliver top-notch solutions to our clients.
We are excited to see how Myla continues to grow with us.
Please join us in congratulating Melissa and Myla on their anniversaries! We are incredibly grateful to have them on our team.
