Today, we want to congratulate Todd on his 28th work anniversary at Lancaster Mobley! Since joining us in 1997, Todd has been a cornerstone of our team, demonstrating exceptional dedication and expertise in transportation planning and traffic engineering.

As our firm’s sole principal since 2007 when he took over from Tom Lancaster, Todd has guided countless projects for both public and private clients, leaving a lasting mark on communities across the region. From large-scale master-planned developments to complex signal design, his leadership continues to drive our success.

In addition to providing general QA/QC review of deliverables firm-wide, Todd has taken the lead on several major projects in 2024, including the TriMet East Side Park and Ride Planning Study, Park 10 at Bridgeport TIS, McMinnville Innovation Campus, and Morrow County On-Call Consulting. His expertise ensures that each and every project meets the highest standards of quality.

With a BS in Civil Engineering from just down the street at Portland State University, and professional registrations in Oregon and Washington, Todd’s credentials reflect his deep commitment to excellence.

His influence extends beyond our firm, with past service as President of the Oregon Chapter of the Institute of Transportation Engineers and as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Sandy.

Congratulations, Todd! We are lucky to have you at the helm.
