As part of North Clackamas School District’s recent bond program, Lancaster Mobley conducted Transportation Impact Analyses and a detailed Transportation Demand Management Plan for major renovations to the high school as well as the nearby athletic fields on Lake Road. This work included extensive coordination with the project team as well as attendance at neighborhood meetings and Planning Commission hearings.
