Lancaster Mobley worked with the City of Grants Pass to develop a comprehensive parking management plan for the downtown area. In addition to other pressures upon parking, the City’s largest employer was planning redevelopment of a key downtown site that would have a significant impact on both parking supply and demand. Our plan considered this and other planned development. The plan places a premium on the experience of visitors, and includes elements aimed at improved wayfinding and recognition of public lots, restroom management, and planning.
