We are excited to announce that we have been awarded the contract for Traffic Engineering Consultant Services for Morrow County. This achievement is a testament to our team’s expertise, dedication, and tailored approach to the unique needs of smaller municipalities.
Morrow County, a rural region in Oregon, issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking a qualified transportation engineering firm to provide on-call services. The role involves reviewing Traffic Impact Analyses (TIAs), land use applications, and offering traffic-related recommendations to support the County’s zoning and subdivision ordinances. With decades of experience supporting communities across Oregon and Washington, Lancaster Mobley was well-positioned to meet these demands.
Our key strengths that set us apart in the selection process included:
- Specialized Expertise in Small Jurisdictions: Lancaster Mobley understands the unique challenges rural areas like Morrow County face, such as balancing limited staff resources and wearing multiple hats. Our extensive experience with small municipalities allowed us to offer flexible, personalized service while maintaining technical rigor.
- Nimble and Responsive Team: We pride ourselves on our ability to provide timely, reliable support. The project will be led by Daniel Stumpf, PE, Todd Mobley, PE and Jennifer Danziger, PE—a team with over 70 years of combined transportation engineering experience.
Stay tuned to hear more about our work with Morrow County!
