Lancaster Mobley was involved in all phases of Grant Park Village’s redevelopment. An old industrial site was transformed into a modern mixed use commercial site. Lancaster was involved in the Zoning change, then tackled infrastructure, striping, and recommended any required mitigative measures. The end result changed the character of the Broadway neighborhood.
