Transportation Engineer Ken Kim joined Lancaster Mobley in July, 2022 and has immediately has proven himself a valuable contributor. Building on his experience as a traffic engineer in Washington and South Korea, Ken has evaluated operating conditions of transportation facilities including signalized/ unsignalized intersections, roundabouts, and multilane highways. He has performed pedestrian crosswalk analysis for Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon and High-Intensity Activated Crosswalk treatment.
