Our team at Lancaster Mobley had the opportunity to visit the Habitat for Humanity West Lake Grove affordable housing project!

Our involvement began with a Transportation Impact Analysis and guiding the project through the land use review process. Now, as construction moves forward, we are ensuring that key infrastructure improvements—such as a new fourth leg at the Boones Ferry Road and SW Washington Court intersection, a dedicated left-turn lane, traffic signal modifications, and street lighting—are implemented smoothly.

The project will ultimately provide 23 new homes, and we are proud to contribute to its success. With completion expected by summer 2026, we look forward to seeing these efforts transform into a thriving community.

About the project

West Lake Grove is a well-established neighborhood with close proximity to businesses, public transit, schools, and parks. Residents will enjoy easy access to local amenities, including Waluga Park and Lamont Springs City Park.

All homes at West Lake Grove will be built for lasting affordability, allowing homeowners to build equity while ensuring the homes remain affordable for future buyers. The 23 units will offer a mix of 3- and 4-bedroom floor plans, with Earth Advantage Platinum energy efficiency certification.
