Melissa has been leading our Bend office for 5 years, this week. Representative projects include traffic analysis for a Sisters multifamily and commercial project, new construction of commercial businesses in Culver, the relocation of a business to a Bend location with already established development, and the traffic engineering related to a Bend master plan housing complex affected by, and possibly impacting, several intersections. For several years she worked for the Department of Defense, United States Air Force, as a Civil Engineer and Project Programmer.
