Jessica Hijar this month moves into the role of Senior Transportation Analyst/Designer!
Jessica has been with us since 2016 and has excelled in her Transportation Analyst role. She brings analytical experience in both the public and private sectors. She conducts transportation impact analyses, parking demand studies, and temporary traffic control plans. She excels with traffic signal and street lighting design.
