Lancaster provided transportation analysis and consulting for the 4th+Montgomery project, a new addition to the Portland State University campus that will include classrooms and office space for PSU, Portland Community College, and the City of Portland. Because of the building's location on campus, loading spaces and car parking are planned to be shared with other facilities; however since these are typically required to support new construction Lancaster provided a detailed analysis of the impacts of the plan.
