Jennifer is one of our talented Transportation Engineers. She has been successfully delivering projects for more than 35 years. Most of her career has been focused on public sector clients in the Northwest, but in the last five years, she has assisted private clients with site development approvals. She has worked on transportation system plans, corridor studies, interchange plans, environmental documents, traffic impact studies, and design projects.

Greenburg Apartments Traffic Study, Tigard, OR.
Jennifer is the Project Manager for a 145-unit mid-rise multifamily, affordable housing development on the site of the former Gethsemane Church on Greenburg Road.in Tigard. Challenges on this project include addressing how trip generation differs for affordable housing as well as creating a representative existing condition during the pandemic.
Hoodview Terrace Traffic Study, Tigard, OR.
Jennifer is the Project Manager for this 57-unit multifamily housing development on Bull Mountain Road. This in-fill development is located less than ¼ mile from OR 99W and will require analysis of this highway intersection.
Kiddy Academy, Tigard, OR.
Jennifer prepared the ODOT Rail Crossing Application to coordinate with the proposed median to be installed at the site entrance on Durham Road.
