Lancaster Mobley recently completed the installation of a new traffic signal and detection system at the intersection serving the Hedges Creek Industrial project. The work, coordinated with both the City of Tualatin and Washington County, was essential to accommodate increased traffic from this growing industrial area.

Our team prepared the full construction plan set, which included signal design, intersection striping, lighting, detection, and cabinet prints. During construction, Lancaster Mobley provided ongoing support, including reviewing contractor submittals, on-site inspection, responding to RFIs, attending coordination meetings with City and County staff, and preparing as-built plans.

Jessica Hijar led the on-site inspection throughout the construction process, ensuring the project met design and safety standards. This project demonstrates Lancaster Mobley’s ability to combine technical expertise with hands-on construction support, helping communities manage traffic efficiently while supporting new development.
