Lancaster Mobley is proud to continue our long partnership with Oregon City School District (for example, our work with the Oregon City Transit Center) as the traffic engineering consultant for the Bond 2025 program. This effort includes major renovations at seven schools: Pioneer Stadium, John McLoughlin Elementary, Candy Lane Elementary, Holcomb Elementary, Beavercreek Elementary, Redland Elementary, and Gaffney Elementary.
Our role is to work closely with the design team to identify and address transportation-related issues for each campus. As part of the land use and permitting process, we are preparing Traffic Impact Studies for each site, as required by the City of Oregon City and Clackamas County. In addition, our team will provide consulting services through final construction to help ensure safe, efficient access for students, staff, and the community.
This project builds on years of collaboration with Oregon City School District and reflects our commitment to creating safe and accessible school environments across Oregon.
