Cedar Park in Sandy, OR was recently honored as a 2025 Top Project by DJC Oregon!
About Cedar Park:
As the premier integrated skatepark, pump track, and jump line in the Pacific Northwest, Cedar Park offers a 20,000 ft² concrete skatepark, matching-size asphalt pump track, and 1,200 ft of jump line seamlessly combined with a walking path, zip-line, climbing rock, slides, swings, and sheltered areas. Designed by Lango Hansen Landscape Architects, the park creates fluid transitions across active and passive recreation zones that serve the Sandy community and regional visitors alike
Lancaster Mobley’s Role:
Our team conducted a Transportation Impact Study assessing anticipated traffic flows, intersection performance, and safety needs around the new park. The study helped align the park design with local permitting requirements and supported safe access for visitors and emergency response readiness.
Congrats to the City of Sandy and the full design and construction team on this DJC recognition!
