Lancaster Mobley is honored to be a subconsultant on Walker Macy’s winning team for McMinnville’s Innovation Campus planning project, set to begin in June 2024.  With almost 200 acres, the campus and adjacent retail center will house Class A office space for corporate development, flex spaces, incubator spaces, and manufacturing facilities. The Innovation Campus and retail center will serve the community’s future needs of commercial development and high-density employment opportunities.

Lancaster Mobley is excited to partner with Bric Architecture and Studio Petretti Architecture on the planned improvements and traffic circulation reconfiguration of the PCC Sylvania campus entry on SW 49^th Avenue/Kerr Parkway.  Our work will include the collection of traffic data, development of peak-period traffic volumes for existing and future conditions, and coordination with the project team and PCC staff regarding growth and adjustment factors to reflect anticipated changes in on- site trip generation.  A final report documenting our findings and recommendations, including concept-level sketches of alternatives will be provided to the project team.
