“Located along the South Park Blocks between College and Jackson streets, the approximately 80,000-foot structure will include collaborative spaces, classrooms, studios for sculpture, printmaking, textile arts, photography and videography, critique spaces, graphic design labs, Art History teaching spaces and offices. The new home for the art school will create a central, welcoming space for all students and faculty, who currently operate in several separate locations across campus.”

An example of multi-level cooperation is shown in a cluster of projects we are performing for Kelso, Washington. One involves traffic signal design, pedestrian safety, and lighting analysis for a number of intersections. The other project focuses on pedestrian crossing pavement markings and signing in various locations, three RRFB’s, and replacing old pedestrian signals and buttons with countdown pedestrian signal heads and audible pedestrian signal pushbuttons in two intersections. The traffic signals in these projects will include upgraded pedestrian equipment and will involve multi-level City, County, and Department of Transportation review and approval.

Lancaster Mobley is on the winning team spearheaded by Mahlum Architects Inc. who will develop an architectural plan for a new French American International school building, including parking, traffic circulation and play fields that meet FAIS educational needs and vision for the future. We will provide transportation solutions that will support the school including ensuring circulation, parking areas, and entrances all work together effectively.

Lancaster Mobley will work with the Lango Hansen project team on the Community Campus Park Project in Sandy, Oregon. We will estimate parking demand that will arise from the park, both for day-to-day usage as well as events.
