Lancaster Engineering is preparing a parking inventory and use analysis for on-street spaces and City-owned parking lots in the Forest Grove Town Center. Town Center is a dynamic, cultural, educational and dining destination for the community. We are excited to assist Forest Grove’s understanding of the parking situation and to make recommendations for managing parking to promote efficient use of its parking resources.
