Construction is finished on a new 175-unit development, which replaced a single-family home, an abandoned school, an agricultural seed warehouse, and five storage buildings. Lancaster Mobley provided transportation planning early in the process, completing a Traffic Impact Study before construction began to ensure safe and efficient access for the future residents.

The study analyzed trip generation and distribution, level-of-service at nearby intersections, queuing, signal and left-turn lane warrants, and overall roadway safety. Recommended mitigation measures were incorporated into the project to support smooth traffic operations.

With transportation planning completed before construction, the development was able to integrate seamlessly into the surrounding street network, supporting a functional and safe neighborhood from day one.
