Lancaster Mobley has played a key role in the development of the Brynhill Master Planned Community in North Plains. Our involvement began with preparing a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) to support the annexation and zone change of 74 acres into the city for development.
As the project progressed, our work expanded to include signing and striping plan review for the intersection of NW North Avenue and Glencoe Road, Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) design at NW 309th Avenue and NW North Avenue, and traffic calming recommendations for NW 309th Avenue and NW Yorkshire Street, including the installation of speed cushions.
By addressing mobility and safety early in the planning process, the Brynhill project sets a strong foundation for future growth and demonstrates how transportation design supports the long-term success of new communities.
