Construction is in full swing at the Avery Terrace Subdivision in Happy Valley, a new residential development by D.R. Horton–who also is working on the Vineyards at Blue Pearl subdivision. This growing neighborhood will bring new homes and new traffic considerations to the area.
Lancaster Mobley’s work on the project began with a detailed Transportation Impact Analysis, where we evaluated left-turn lane warrants at the intersection of SE Maple Hill Road and SE 172nd Avenue. Our study helped determine the specific point during the subdivision’s phased construction when a dedicated left-turn lane would be necessary to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
We’ve also provided street lighting analysis and design to support safe travel through and around the development as construction continues.
