Construction is nearly complete at Sunset Village Subdivision, a redevelopment project transforming a former nursery in Gresham into a vibrant community with 247 single-family homes and 85 townhomes.
Lancaster Mobley has been involved from the early planning stages, beginning with a Transportation Impact Study to assess how the development would integrate with the surrounding transportation system. As the project progressed, we provided infrastructure design services, including plans for street lighting, signing, and striping to support safe and efficient travel within the new neighborhood.
During our recent site visit, we had the opportunity to see these designs come to life. With construction wrapping up, we’re excited to see Sunset Village take its place as a thriving residential community in Gresham.
