Lancaster Mobley recently visited the Vineyards at Blue Pearl Subdivision in Gresham to see the final stages of construction firsthand. This new community of 191 townhouses is nearing completion, marking a major milestone in the development process.
Our involvement in this project began with a Transportation Impact Study during the land use approval process. We analyzed trip generation, intersection capacity, and traffic signal warrants to ensure that the surrounding transportation network could safely and efficiently support both existing and future residents.
