Lancaster Mobley recently visited the Autumn Sunrise Subdivision to see the latest construction progress. This master-planned community, developed by Lennar Northwest and AKS Engineering, will feature 400 residential lots when fully built. With the initial phases now complete, work on the later phases is moving forward.
Our Role in the Project
Our team has been involved since the early stages, starting with a Transportation Impact Study and assisting throughout the land use approval process. As development progressed, we also provided infrastructure design services for a new traffic signal at the subdivision entrance on Boones Ferry Road and Salinan Road.

Seeing the subdivision take shape was a great opportunity to evaluate how our designs are being implemented and ensure that traffic operations are functioning as planned. The new traffic signal and roadway improvements will help create a safer, more connected community for future residents.
