We recently visited the redevelopment site at SE McLoughlin Boulevard and SE Concord Avenue in Oak Grove. The visit allowed us to see the progress firsthand and assess how our transportation designs are coming to life.
This development, anchored by a Chase bank with a drive-through ATM and a Chipotle restaurant with a mobile order pickup window, has been in the works since 2020. From the start, our team has played a key role in evaluating and improving its transportation infrastructure.
Lancaster Mobley Involvement
We began with a Transportation Impact Analysis to understand how the new businesses would affect the surrounding roads. Since then, we designed frontage improvements that meet both Clackamas County and ODOT standards. These upgrades include traffic signal modifications at the intersection, and new signing and striping plans along McLoughlin Boulevard and Concord Avenue.
On-Site Observations
Seeing the project take shape was a valuable experience. It gave us the chance to evaluate how our designs are being implemented and confirm that traffic circulation is working as planned. As the development nears completion, we’re proud of the collaborative effort that has gone into making this a safe and efficient addition to the Oak Grove community.
Stay tuned to our news page for more updates as the project wraps up!
