We’re proud to have played a role in the successful launch of Breakside Brewery’s downtown Beaverton location, complete with a food cart pod and beer garden. Lancaster Mobley was there from the beginning, and contributed to the project through a comprehensive sight distance analysis and lighting assessment, ensuring a safe and accessible environment for visitors.
Our sight distance analysis focused on key intersections, and resulted in safety improvements.
We also conducted a photometric analysis to assess existing roadway lighting conditions. Where lighting needed improvement, we prepared construction documents outlining additional light pole placements to meet Beaverton’s standards.
Finally, our team provided support throughout the construction phase, answering contractor questions and preparing as-constructed plans.
We’re thrilled to see Breakside Brewery thrive for their first full sun-filled summer and look forward to future projects that enhance community spaces in Beaverton.
