We are looking forward to working with TriMet on their upcoming redevelopment of the Hollywood Transit Center. From Trimet’s project website:
The current project design envisions a 13-story building with around 200 affordable homes, 40 parking stalls and community space. Site design, which includes new bus facilities, ramp/stairs structure and substation, and street improvements, will begin in fall 2021. Construction of the affordable housing building is expected to begin after construction of the ramp and stairs structure is complete. The permanent memorial is expected to be built and delivered with the affordable housing building.
Our work will begin soon with traffic impact studies involving several nearby intersections, including mostly signalized intersections involving high volumes of cars, buses, and pedestrians. Click here to learn more about our role in the project.
