Kaitlin joined Lancaster in 2017 upon graduating from Oregon State University’s Civil and Construction Engineering program. Her engineering experience includes a variety of transportation impact analyses and site planning projects, traffic signal and lighting design, and transportation analyses to support zone changes, UGB expansions, and other land use processes. She has excellent skills with Excel and GIS, which are invaluable to the project team for large-scale parking analyses.
